Never back down!

On the last Saturdays of month, I and my friends go to Home for Old Aged.
When I and Hyunju reached there, Anil sir who was the supervisor of today had already come. He informed one bad news to us. We could see all people are busy with their work to decorate the place for one function. So, I wondered we can do our work or not.

While waiting for permission, I was talking with grandfathers in there. One of them knows me very well. Every time, he greets me happily. He was watering flower bed. By seeing his manner, being steady, I got very important idea. We should be steady in doing our work in proper position though it cannot be revealed. That is consideration and thought for others.

Anil sir said ‘People mind is unpredictable. Also, each person’s thought is very different.’ We tried to do our service and work. But, it was not allowed by sisters who are in charge of Home for Old aged. From the unexpected words, I could think about Ethical issue. We have permission for our service on every last Saturday of month. We wanted to do service but, they didn’t want or need. So, we couldn’t finish our work. But, our effort and attempt will never die. This time, we couldn’t do it but we tried.
I don’t think we didn’t do anything. Though it is discouraged, we will do the best.

Hi Dasom,

It was quite unfortunate that you could not follow the usual routine this Saturday. The function at the Old Aged Home was unexpected as we had not been informed about it in advance by them or by the Help Age People. Anyway, I am glad that you have managed to reflect upon this experience too in a critical manner and put in your perspective.

The ethical issue here is whether you could have worked despite the obvious reluctance of the administrators of the Home on that day. I also appreciate how you got something positive by watching the old gentleman doing his gardening work. Shows the reflective personality of yours.

I hope you get to use the next opportunity to carry on the good work in the Old Age Home. I am sure they too missed you and your friends.

Hi ! Dasom,
It was good to see you on time for CAS Programme at Old Age Home.
Life never gives all the things we want, so never mind whatever happened over there!
We tried our level best to involve ourselves with them but due to some strange reason administration was unwilling!
Anyway, there is always next time.
Keep it up!

Thank you, sir and ma'am.
I really appreciate your helps and supports in continuing my work. If there are not such things, I might feel weakness and tiresome. I'll never back down as I have written on the title in any conditions. Please, keep chanllenging us and leading us to right way.

Thank you once again!
